1. Identify reasons for the change to OASIS-D and the purposes of OASIS data.
2. Understand and apply OASIS-D guidance to quality and payment items.
3. Explain guidance on ADL items and new GG items, and compare/contrast the guidance.
4. Demonstrate application of OASIS-D guidance to scoring a Start of Care scenario.
