Don’t miss our Virtual Annual Conference, which will bring together home health, home care and hospice
professionals looking for the best products and services available for their agencies, companies, clients and
caregivers.
We have created a virtual exhibit hall through an online platform with Map Dynamics. Due to the COVID-19
pandemic, the 2021 Annual Conference will be completely online. The Map Dynamics platform will provide
multiple ways to engage with conference attendees. You can promote your company’s products and services
through videos, ads and print material. You can also schedule live chats through your organization’s Zoom account
during the Industry Partner Expo and during the dedicated exhibit time at the Annual Conference.
We look forward to helping you connect with home care and
hospice professionals around the state.

Notice of 2021 Annual Business Meeting
The Annual Business Meeting is planned in conjunction with the 2021 Nebraska
Association for Home Healthcare and Hospice Virtual Annual Conference. There
are three primary items of business at the annual meeting:
- Election of board members.
Please read the slate of candidates below.
- Vote on a proposed bylaw amendment
recommended by the Nebraska Association for Home Healthcare and Hospice to
add a private duty personal home care company representative as an
At-Large Director position on the Board.
- Provide a state of the
association update.
Slate of Candidates
In accordance with the requirements of the Nebraska Association for
Home Healthcare and Hospice Bylaws, the following slate of candidates is presented
for election at the 2021 Annual Business Meeting.
- For Secretary – elect one
candidate (two-year term to begin immediately following the Annual
Conference)
2. 2.
For Treasurer – elect one candidate (two-year term to begin
immediately following the Annual Conference)
- For At-Large Director – elect
three at-large directors (two-year terms to begin immediately following
the Annual Conference)
4. 4. For Nominating Committee (two-year term to begin
immediately following the Annual Conference)
Proposed
Bylaws Amendments:
Article VIII Board of Directors
Section 1 – Number & Composition
The Board of Directors shall consist of the elected officers, At-Large
Directors including one Private Duty Home Care Member Representative,
and one Associate Member Representative. The Board shall be no larger than
eighteen (18) members.
Section 2 – Eligibility
Only Agency Provider Members, Private Duty Home Care Members and Associate Members may serve on the Board of
Directors.
Rationale for Bylaws Amendments:
With the growth and need for personal care/private duty home care services in
Nebraska, having a representative from this sector of the industry on the board
is critical. There are many opportunities for personal care/private duty home
care providers to partner with home health and hospice providers through the
continuum of care.
Voting
for the candidates will be conducted online this year. Voting is open now
through 6:00 p.m. Central on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. The voting results
will be announced during the Annual Business Meeting.
